We went to Macadoo’s before a long road trip, there was nothing more satisfying than their yummy brunch! (The restaurant is easily accessible, 18 mins drive from South Bend.)We tried their daily special lemon meringue pancakes with sausages and eggs, Southern omelette with onion/sausages/cheese, and biscuits in sausage gravy. Oh and fruits on the side to maintain a healthy diet:) All the dishes were super tasty!!! and the price is more than reasonable, perfect value!! would love to return and highly recommend to anyone in that neighborhood.

Excellent Service , Delicious food, for a tiny out of the way place, I definitely recommend you stop by for breakfast and a cinnamon roll for dessert. If I had to sum up this review in one word I would simply say YUM

Nice cozy place. Very friendly staff, and they are very budget conscious. The prices are more than fare (coffee 1.15 for example). I would say the quantity is plenty for the money, still take half an omelet home.

A quick search for breakfast close by sent me to this lovely hidden gem. Sat at the counter and quickly got my food including their biscuits and gravy which are excellent! Go here! Eat good food from a local establishment!

The food is delicious and prepared fresh from scratch. Lots of attention to detail. Serving sizes are generous. We were in the mood for small portions, and thankfully they had small options for us. Which left us room to share a fresh made cinnamon roll! Very friendly staff. Certainly worth the wait is there is a line when you arrive.

Macadoo's I've been wanting to eat here for a long time. The name makes me smile.The other day I stopped in for breakfast and was seated at the counter. There was friendly chatter all around, the smell of coffee and pancakes filled the air. I was given a menu & ordered coffee while I tried to narrow my down my breakfast choice. Pancakes, biscuits and gravy, Cinnamon roll French toast, skillets, omelettes.....The mini breakfast won out. So along with an orange juice I ordered the mini breakfast. An egg, toast (raisin bread for me!), potato (½ order of hash browns ) meat (2 slices of bacon). It was just enough for me.The wait staff was friendly, my coffee was topped off when it got low and I didn't have to ask. I'm a happy customer.I'll be back and I'll bring friends with me.
